Last updated 21 October 2026. This page describes what the current website does. It does not describe a feature that is not in the product.

The site

AllForm is served at https://allform.net. The published contact address is [email protected]. This page does not name a legal entity, because the site does not publish one.

Accounts

There is no sign-up and no sign-in. AllForm does not create a user profile.

What you type

Text, numbers, dates, and choices stay in the browser while you edit. They are sent to AllForm only when you request a PDF.

The request goes to /api/pdf/render. The response is a PDF marked Cache-Control: private, no-store. The application does not save the form or the PDF in a database, and it does not write them to a file that the site keeps after the response is sent.

The PDF is rendered from the document HTML only. A headless browser builds the file and does not load remote addresses. That HTML does not include the advertising script used on the website.

If you add a resume photo, the browser reduces it to a JPEG and includes it in that document request. It is not stored as a profile picture.

AllForm does not ask for a password. Do not put passwords or access tokens in a form.

Cookies and advertising

AllForm does not set a login cookie, and it does not load a separate analytics product.

The website loads one Google AdSense script from the shared layout:

ads.txt names the publisher pub-3472753117675617. Ads are automatic. AllForm does not place individual ad slots in the forms. Google decides whether an ad appears. That depends on AdSense approval and Google's auto-ads settings.

When Google serves or measures an ad, Google may store cookies or similar data on your device under its own rules. AllForm does not operate that advertising system.

A downloaded PDF is produced from separate HTML. That HTML does not load the AdSense script.
